Simple photocopy: Direct reproduction from microfilm. Includes AHEB-BEHA’s official seal. It has informative value, lacks legal value. Price for this service is 3,07 €
Certified photocopy: Direct reproduction from microfilm. Includes AHEB-BEHA’s official seal and in the reverse, certificatory seal containing reproduction and physical location data of the document in the AHEB-BEHA, witnessed by AHEB-BEHA’s director. It has informative, probative and legal value. Price for this service is 10,25€
Simple printed digitized image: Direct printed reproduction of the digital image. Includes AHEB-BEHA’s water mark and official seal. It has informative value, but lacks legal value. Price for this service is 3,07 €
Certified printed digitized image: Direct printed reproduction of the digitized image. Includes AHEB-BEHA’s official seal and certificatory seal in the reverse, containing reproduction and physical location data of the document in the AHEB-BEHA, witnessed by AHEB-BEHA’s director. It has informative, probative and legal value. Price for this service is 10,25 €
Certificate: Printed form sealed and signed, containing an excerpt of the data contained in the sacramental certificate, including personal details (name, surnames, and origin), filiation details (name, surnames, origin), dating, parish particulars and physical location in the AHEB-BEHA. Includes administrative entry and exit record seal. It has probative and legal value. Price for this service is 20,50 € (before 1900) and 16,40€ (after 1901)
Literal copy: Literal transcription sealed and signed, containing every particular included in the sacramental certificate, abbreviations being expanded, specially when dealing with ancient documents. Parish particulars as well as location in the AHEB-BEHA are also stated. Includes AHEB-BEHA’s official seal, witnessed by AHEB-BEHA’s director. It has informative, probative and legal value. Price for this service is 20,50 € (before 1900) and 16,40€ (after 1901)
Information about delivery Payment shall always be made before service is rendered, whatever payment conditions have been provided. The documentation could either be collected at the AHEB-BEHA, or sent by ordinary mail or by courier. En concepto de gastos de envío se cargará al precio final de la solicitud 4,60 € si se trata de envíos estatales o 6,67 € para envíos internacionales. En concepto de gastos de tramitación se cargará 1,03 € a cada servicio. Registered delivery or similar shall not be made. Validity of the request shall expire one year after the date of the request. When such term has elapsed, it shall be automatically cancelled. Information about payment The services can be paid by: Postal order Nominative check to Archivo Histórico Eclesiástico de Bizkaia. In such case, the amount will be increased in 10 € for collection fee. Banking in a bank account, showing user’s name and request’s name. Account number at BBVA is ES20 0182 1290 37 020 1504457 (national and international deposits), SWIFT BBVAESMMXXX. Cash payment at AHEB-BEHA. Online payment In concept of management costs, 1€ for each service will be included. Please do not send cash by mail. AHEB-BEHA shall not assume any responsibility for payments made otherwise.
