INFORMATION ABOUT USERS
- For registered users
To access AHEB-BEHA’s services through the internet, you need an e-mail address and a password. If you have an e-mail address already registered in your record card, you will be able to access the Registered User options and, thus, obtain a password, or include it yourself to use our services. If you did NOT give any e-mail address, click in ‘Registration HERE’ and introduce your details again, specially the email address and the user password you wish, personal and untransferable. The system will seek for coincidences and you will be returned your user number sending the number and user password to the provided email address. You can modify your registration details at any time you wish. The veracity of the details is advisable in order that we can conveniently attend your request and forward you the requested documentation.
- For new users
Requests to AHEB-BEHA will be made by inserting your details in the
form “User’s details”. Some compulsory fields are
essential to obtain the information requested and could be modified
at any time. Veracity of such data is advisable in order to allow us
to give due satisfaction to your request and be able to transfer requested
documentation to you. Click

Personal details
Insert personal details, studies, profession and research scope area.
Data for accessing to the system
Insert preferred language, e-mail and user’s password.
Your password will be in direct relation with your user number, which
will be automatically generated by the system (only new users). Both
user’s number and password are personal and not transferable.
Research data
Insert research starting date, choose a research subject, showing geographical
and/or chronological scope and type of research. Other data concerning
the research subject as well as publications thereof could be mentioned
if desired.
Finally, the Privacy Clause shall be accepted and you will mention if
you wish to receive e-mail periodical information about AHEB-BEHA’s
activities, or not.
Data Privacy Clause
Data supplied by the user are intended solely for
internal use in AHEB-BEHA. Data holders will expressly consent gathering,
processing and transmission or assignment whatsoever of their data that
could be made within the AHEB-BEHA in order to implement the aims and
activities necessary for service rendering. As provided for under section
5 of Ley Orgánica 15/1999 (Public General Act) for Data Protection,
in force (LOPDAT), data holders are entitled to exercise the right of
access, rectification, cancellation and objection under such law and
regulations thereof.
AHEB-BEHA will take whatever safety measures and
provisions are deemed necessary to ensure due use and service confidentiality
and to provide user’s data protection.
Users could give their consent in order to receive information about
AHEB-BEHA’s activities or prospective website updatings.
